When rules are being formulated over the winter, I suggest that Adrian Newey be restricted to staying withone team for a maximum of 2 years beginning now. He should then be sent to one of the struggling teams and his salary subsidized by Bernine or the big pot of F1 dollars. That should help shake things up a bit and make for more interesting racing. Try it for a few seasons and see how it works. Then we can decide what to do with Adrian down the road.
