Sign on issues

I'm not Speedude, but a friend posting on his behalf. It seems that he was IP banned from his home computer. I was able to log in from my computer with the info he provided me. I looked through the old posts, and none of them seem to contain anything that would warrant a ban. I also think that it is rather short sighted to IP ban him, and not his account if it is a legitimate ban. Anyway, it seems the sign on issues are continuing for people. This is a problem if people are IP banned as they cannot even access the forums and have no idea why.

It's February, 2013. My posting time is still inaccurate, and my posts are listed at less than 100 when I've posted thousands of times. Surely the correct posting time isn't that hard to fix?
